Domestic Shipments 

All orders placed within the contiguous United States will be delivered within 3-6 business days (unless otherwise noted on specific products). Please allow for up to 72 hours for order processing. Shipping is free for orders over $150 shipped within the US. Free return shipping within 30 days of order receipt for all orders placed within the contiguous United States.

All Ground packages are shipped via UPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. 

Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages

 

 

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We’re sorry things didn’t work out for you! You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Please make sure that all items are unworn with the original tags attached.

All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:

·    Items marked FINAL SALE

·    Gloves

·    Socks

·    Headbands

·    Water Bottles

·    Underwear

·    Hair Ties

Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have protective hygiene strip intact.

A select number of heavily discounted sale items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES

We’re sorry, but currently we do not accept exchanges.

Shipping & HANDLING Charges

All return shipping is free for customers in the United States. Customers located outside of the United States are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If you’d like to return something:

Request RMA # from customer support at:  customerservice@flyinglizardboutique.com

Please include order # and reason for the return.  Once we’ve received your request, & it’s approved, we will email you the RMA #, along with a pre-paid shipping label.

Once we’ve received the item and processed the return, which can take up to 14 days, you’ll be refunded as requested to your original payment method.
